Echo is where I started my writing journey. The series has four books, and is filled with musings on society and existence, along with big doses of violence (especially in book 2) as well as psychic stuff and existential philosophy (book 3 and 4). You can see me get a firmer grip on dialogue, description, action, perspective, and symbolism as you progress through the series. #Kindle #KindleUnlimited #writingcommunity #writer #booktok #writerscommunity #writing

Awesome! While I was writing it, there were some parts where I was like, damn, I can’t WAIT for this guy to stop being so negative! 😅

Looks great! I added a note at the end for just you–I wasn’t meaning to pick on office jobs! (Although by reading A Door into Evermoor, you’d think I truly hate them, but that’s not the case–it was for the sake of the story and fit the character’s psyche!) 😅

😄 Believe me, I totally agree with your take on life’s priorities! And was chuckling! Many years ago we lived an alternative lifestyle. So, wish I’d started writing then. Would never have gone back to a stupid job working for others. But I got lots of other things from it, and here I am… writing.

Awesome! It’s kind of tracked with the mood in my books–I’ve kind of shifted more towards fun and adventure instead of trying so hard to make things weighty and meaningful. 😅

😆 It’s what happens when we mature. Weighty and meaningful is for the less hardened.

Interesting statement! I fully agree. Insecure people try too hard to cover up insecurities.

insecurities are endearing, they draw people in, your reflect yourself in your writing, but your writing only provides one view of your personality, assertive, capable and nurturing to the people around unless triggered! i fall instantly for insecure, androgenous personalities if they are good and i never waver! your world is the opposite of mine, a abstained to safeguard life on all sides! i wish is freedom of personality was safe for me to traverse without remapping all six carriages! part of me is looking for a new body!
