Kor’Thank word count: 52,989 Musings, The Book: First editing pass, 345th musing (out of 350). Thanks to All Who Bought Echo or downloaded my podcast! And BIG THANKS to those who posted positive reviews on Amazon or Goodreads!!!
News: Just posted the second part of the Birdbox podcast, still churning away at Kor’Thank and Musings. This afternoon, Imma link up with a buddy to drive an hour down south and listen to some super-smart PhD give a lecture on psychedelic mushrooms. Afterwards, I’ll probably record another podcast.
That’s it for now! If you’re a writer, I wish you inspired drafting and insightful editing!!! 🙂 🙂 😀

Hold on! I just got approved to be an Amazon affiliate! If you’re going to buy ANY product from Amazon, and you’d like to support my efforts for absolutely free, then simply click on one of the Echo links I’ve provided—they’ll send you to Echo’s Amazon page—and THEN buy whatever product you wish. Amazon gives me a small referral fee each time this happens! In this manner you can support my books, musings, podcast, zany ads, or my adventures along the noble path known as The Way of The Man Child WITHOUT spending any more money than you were already going to! Should you do this, I vow to send you a silent blessing, causing your genitals to adopt the optimum size, shape, smell, and death-ray attachment of choice that paralyzes your enemies with fear and envy! Entire worlds will bow before your nether parts! 😲💪 😜
Free your mind however you can, and soon you’ll figure out how to repeat transcendence without substances.

I actually think that transcendence may or may not include substances, depending on whether they serve a use for the given context, because the substances came from the same star stuff and unknowable origin that we did.😉

Could be placebo…but after looking into it, I’ve come to think of that word as a formidable force we should try and utilize, rather than one that is easily dismissed as not objective or not legit. A lot of it actually had to do with watching Derren Brown’s recent magic specials on Netflix. Cuh-RAAAZY!

Every word is a formidable force. For it is through our words that put thoughts into form. When the transcribed word is read and recognised, in the hearts and minds of people these words can then be acted upon.

I just bought Echo 1 before reading about the affiliation. Next “Echoes” I buy will be through here. Tomorrow’s post shows you influencing me for the first time. Check out the title. I hope you don’t mind. Cheers

Just read it—I’m flattered! Your stuff flows really smoothly, and looks well-edited; most description I read is too extraneous or loses the pace, especially in first person, as a lot of folks want to use all that personalized observation to express every single thought they want to instead of using it to push the narrative forward and make their pieces visceral.
My last line is the favorite: “But then, I wake up.”

You are the flatterer. I thank you for your words. I guess the “procrustean” 500-word (exact) post length I’ve imposed myself prevents me from being too wordy… sometimes, at least. Moreover, my vocabulary is far from enough to “express every single thought I want”. I am doing my best to learn, though. Chapter 1 of Echo alone gave me 24 new words to learn. So, thank you for that too. Cheers

Suh-WEET! You just gave me one as well—”procrustean.” Gonna have to find a good reason to use it though…
