What the snake-finger is going on, all you intrepid risk-takers who’ve caused a relationship to go from lovey-dovey to full on apocalyptic nuclear because you could no longer contain your childlike curiosity of what would happen if you stuck a finger into your lover’s brown-eye?  (It doesn’t help if you precede it with the Star Wars TIE Fighter Attack Theme)  This is just an afternoon reminder to grab yerselves a copy of Echo and download you some episodes of the Strained Brains podcast!  (And to leave a positive review for them as well!  🙂 )  Just to allay your fears: neither Echo nor my podcast are about infusing your anally-fixated digit with the spirit of Skywalker as he’s making his one-in-a-million-shot into the Death Star’s exhaust port; no freakin’ way homeboy McHomeslices!  Echo’s all about robo-powered pew pew, hairy faced rowr-beasts, and psionic weaponry like the Blaze Avatar!  Also, if you’ve read any of my books, please remember to leave a positive review for them on Amazon.  Amazon reviews only takes a minute of your time, and you don’t need to have made a “verified purchase” in order to make them; you only need an Amazon account (in case you read my stuff through Kindle Unlimited or other means).  To give you an idea of how feather-fingered amazing positive Amazon reviews are to us indie authors, imagine this:  Superman’s showing you around his Fortress of Solitude, saying “Don’t touch this,” “Don’t touch that,” in that super nerdy boy-scout baritone of his, when Martha Stewart runs up behind him and spears him in the poop-chute with a kryptonite strap-on.  As she throws her head back and howls in triumph, you fall back on your butt in shock.  He reaches out to you, trying to speak through a mouthful of blood, when suddenly, Danny Elfman’s classic Dark Knight theme begins playing in the air.  Batman bursts onto the scene and engages Martha in a vicious chess match of hand-to-hand combat, finally managing to win by blowing a puff of anti-insider-trading powder into her face.  It instantly knocks her out and elite SEC agents carry her away.  YES!  See, that rush of relief you’d feel at having your keister saved from evil genius/felon/master martial artist Martha Stewart’s gazillion dollar kryptonite dong is EXACTLY what we indie author/podcasters feel when we get a positive review on Amazon or iTunes!  So do your favorite indie author/podcaster a superheroic favor and leave him a positive review on the ’Zons or the ’Tunes!  Thank You All and have a Good and Chill Night!!!  🙂 🙂 😀
