  1. Have you considered doing short comic strips to promote Kor’Thank? I feel like three panel stories would be a great way to advertise your book, or others of a similar type. And it strikes me as a nice low-barrier way to get people interested in the characters and setting as well as allow you to showcase your own style of story telling and humor. Anyways, just a random thought I had; I feel like you could reach a lot of people via social media this way though while maximizing the efficiency of your own time and effort. But everyone has their own process too. Either way, keep up the good work!

    • It definitely lends itself to comic/cartoon humor! It may not be practical, but I’m prioritizing the joy I get from writing, so I’m not really looking to expand marketing efforts unless my gut starts nagging me

      • Perfectly understandable. I’ve always found self promotion and marketing to be antithetical to what I most enjoy about writing, the freedom of the creative process, but lately I’ve been seeing if I can be a little less dogmatic here (lol) Not that I’ve completely mellowed out either though; I’ve still got some obstinacy in me yet. 😛

      • I’m a big believer in intuition and being open, because I too, have been dogmatic in my past, to the point where it held me back. One of these days, there may indeed be Kor’Thank comic strips! Who knows? I’ll stay open to the possibility.
