Echo-A Dystopian Science Fiction Novel

Walk past a conference room and curiously enough, I peek in and see that it’s filled with religious crazies of all types, chortling and drinking something that looks suspiciously like  blood.  Wait, what?  Different fundamentalists NEVER get along!  Suddenly they peel off their faces, revealing that all along, they were a bunch of cockroach people.  (I KNEW it!)  They start high-fiving, emanating horrendous, buzzing laughter, and gulping down decanters of red liquid.  They see me, my eyes widen, and I scream, “HOLY BALLS!”  I’m running and they’re chasing me, buzzing in their strange, awful voices, “BZZzsss GET the Hyoooman!”  Open my eReader.  Magic flash.  Ripley from Aliens appears, wearing the full construction mech ensemble.  The horde stops in their tracks.  She gives them a cold stare, and deadpans, “Cleanliness is next to godliness.  What does that say about you, you roached up motherf***ers?”  She starts destroying the roach-people, and the air is filled with hissing screams and the metallic clanks of her awesome-ass mech.

You KNOW the Crazies are secretly Roach-people.  Get Echo Vol. 1 on Kindle here:  Vol. 1 on Kindle.  Vol. 2 on Kindle here:  Vol.2 on Kindle.
