Great posts as always. I haven’t heard of “A Door Into Evermore” before but I find your book to be fascinating. It reminds me of classic fantasy films that I adore. For instance, it brought to my mind J.K Rowling’s iconic Harry Potter series. It also featured magic, adventure and the themes that you discussed in your book. Just wondering whether Harry Potter is a source of inspiration for your fantasy books?
I love the Harry Potter books and grew up reading them during my childhood. I particularly admire the first book “The Philosopher’s Stone”. It introduced the magical book series to children.

I never really say, but the story starts with the first semester of college, right after he graduated high school, so I’ve always felt the inference was that he’s either 18 or 19.
