Echo-A Dystopian Science Fiction Novel: News

Word Count, Vol. 2:  30670 (over 100 pages.  Woohoo!)

News:  Big thanks to those of you who’ve bought Echo!  And huge thanks to Melissa, Barbara, and Ian for the awesome reviews on Amazon, plus thanks to [anonymous] for the one on Nook.  (No, it’s not my mom, haha!)

Been very busy lately.  Sorry if I don’t respond as thoroughly as I used to or if at all…I’m doing my best, I swear!  I hunkered down yesterday to write about 1.2k words to make up for it.  Nine chapters in, roughly 100 pages, still in the warehouse, lotta development happening mixed with a lotta pkew pkew, and the rest of the volume is even more, up til the end at least.

In the synopsis of the first book I mention Atriya gets broken and crippled…well this book is where it happens.  You will see him at rock bottom by the end.  My personal “Empire Strikes Back” so to speak.  It’s good that I’m getting more comfortable with producing material, because between learning to code and classes (this is my first semester taking a “weeder” class, where the average for the 1st exam was 51% and I was near the top but only got a 67.5%)  I feel like the soundtrack to my life is The Flight of The Bumblebee!   I need to be speedier on the keyboard!

I’ve received extremely kind reviews for Echo Volume 1 and I intend to do my absolute best to pay you guys back for putting up with the world-building I did in there with quality action in Volume 2.  The sample chapter 3 I put out for it is just the beginning.  Anyways, if you’re a writer, I wish you inspired drafting and insightful editing!
