Echo-A Dystopian Science Fiction Novel: Weekly Update.

Echo Volume 2, The Taste of Ashes Word Count:  18145

This week what can I say but…Thank You.  Thank you to the amazing people who bought a copy of Echo, thank you to Melissa, Barbara, and Ian for leaving awesomely appreciated and beautiful reviews on Amazon.com, thank you everybody for entertaining my musings and thoughts, thanks to all of you who share and spread word about Echo…Thank you.  All I see when I work on my writing is problems, and that’s not a bad thing because I’m constantly trying to make it better in the editing process, scrub it clean so I can give you guys the absolute best quality story that I’m capable of.  But yes, it does become stressful, and when I get positive feedback and interest I feel like it’s more than worth it.  I feel incredibly privileged that I was able to serve all of you some entertainment and that my beginning missteps as a writer didn’t grate too harshly on your brain and imagination.  So thank you-I can’t say it enough.

As always, back to work!  To all you writers out there, I wish you inspired drafting and insightful editing!

  1. I don’t know how to say this very well, but I feel that I can relate to your experience so much. I love writing short pieces and drawing stuff, and have a few short picture books in rough form- and I really want to write something longer, but its just really hard. I stop after like ten or 15 pages of really small messy writing, haha! And when there’s actually something to share- its like being on a cloud haha, especially when people actually take the trouble to read or like it- I mean that’s quite obvious, but its still so surprising 🙂 Keep doing what you love. I’ll try checking your book out sometime 🙂
btw thanks for the likes and follow 🙂
