I could do with the increase in cardio and bloodflow, i expect to be a size 8 again in two months, best get your water bottle and snorkel prepped with a ruck full of recovery, pet jelly and a note book to declare your naught events just in case you run out of memory for your constant investment in my health and well being! lol 😘

i would rather eat nails than re-type mine but it seems a waste of good pro’s, a chapter a day when i prioritise over my therapy with you every day! i like your response so much i almost wish i could manifest this morning, still waiting on my good morning breakfast do you remember the order list! i resent it last night in the next point of my book! you let me vent it….i consider you key to the safeguard of the world…that cathartic release saves lives! lol🔥 😈 although if you were here you would die beautifully, or wake up in Africa or India wondering what the hell had happened!
