Yes! Seeing the KOLL/KNEP bar creep up is an awesome experience! And to get reviews, even bad ones, somehow feels so wonderful, because they can be hard to get. People’s time is valuable, and we have to keep remembering that, when we see that they’ve taken some of it to read our work.

Absolutely! The time commitment to read a book is substantial, given that people have lives to lead and jobs to do.
