Pain made you stronger.

That was the rule.

Push harder.
Train longer.
Outlast everyone.

Atryia never plateaued.
Never broke.

He didn’t believe in weakness.

Until recently.

Something had begun slipping into his thoughts —
not doubt…

awareness.

And he couldn’t afford it.

The battlefield isn’t where the real fracture begins.

  1. Started reading this the day before I discovered you’d released the third book in your Unbound Realm series! Managed to read chapter one before my kindle died. Love the first chapter – it’s very different from the other novels I’ve read of yours. Looking forward to finishing it as soon as I can fix the kindle or buy a new one!

    1. Yes, all the books have very different tones, but because Atriya was my first protagonist, he appears in all of them at least as an Easter egg. 🙂

    1. Thanks! He’s my first protagonist, so he shows up in the other books, even if it’s just a small part
