The Weekly Update: Echo, Kor’Thank, and Podcast Stuff

Kor’Thank word count:  21,776 (temporarily stopped drafting due to school obligations, as well as the desire to finish editing Echo 4 and publish it)  Echo Vol. 4:  Chapter 52, eighteenth pass.

Thanks to All Who Bought Echo!  And BIG THANKS to those who posted positive reviews on Amazon or Goodreads!!!

News:  I seriously don’t even know if Echo 4 is good anymore.  Any “magic” I might have managed to weave into the events has been deadened by the constant nitpicking I’ve been doing this last week.  “What happened to so-and-so’s dogs?”  “He promised this guy he’d replace his food from the fridge—did he ever do it?”  (Yes those are real issues I’ve had to address).  Blabbity blabbity blabbity blah.

The good news is I’ve been through this before.  Now that I hate my own story, it makes it a lot easier to pick out and correct mistakes.  I still plan on wrapping this thing up at the end of September, publishing it, and then good freakin’ riddance!

Podcast stuff:  Got multiple guests lined up at the end of this week.  I’m exploring the possibility of using Zencastr to grab some remote guests.  Other than that, I’m continuing to chug along, trying to balance the madness of life with the madness of being a writer in the first world.  I may be the most privileged crazy person ever, haha!

That’s it for this week—I gotta get back to work!  If you’re a writer, then I wish you inspired drafting and insightful editing!!!  🙂 🙂 😀
