Include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • a photo of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • damaged items
  • incorrect items

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
