Echo-A Dystopian Science Fiction Novel

At the gym.  I see a dude finish a set and leave his weights on the ground.  A fellow gym-goer points it out and Douche-dude shrugs, then walks away.  I shake my head and narrow  my eyes.  I wait until Douche-dude is at the squat rack and open my eReader to Echo.  Magic flash.  He’s at the bottom of a rep when suddenly his stomach fills with a dozen ghost peppers, three pounds of lactose, and a solid, double-armful of gluten.  His face turns beet-red, his veins pop out, and he’s screaming in agony as he tries to endure, but it’s too much; he soils himself in a horrid stream of Gross.  Nearby gym-goers wrinkle their faces in disgust and lurch away.  He crawls out from under the bar, sobbing in embarrassment, and commits seppuku on the spot.

Put the weights back.  It’s not that hard.  Get Echo Vol. 1 on Kindle here:  Vol. 1 on Kindle.  Vol. 2 on Kindle here:  Vol.2 on Kindle.
