Echo-A Dystopian Science Fiction Novel

For some stupid reason, a friend has convinced me to eat at one of those uber-expensive restaurants.  All I want is breakfast food—possibly the simplest, most delicious stuff in all of existence.  A snooty waiter comes over, gives me a dirty look (I don’t dress up unless there’s a gun to my head) takes my order, and comes back with it.  What.  The.  F.  I guess a $1k meal only affords you a finger-sized piece of fanciness nowadays.  I open my eReader to Echo.  Magic flash.  Chuck Norris whirlwinds in, beats the crap out of the restaurant staff, and cooks me some scrambled with bacon.  He tornado kicks it over to my table and it lands perfectly in front of me, ready to eat.
