There is immense strength that comes from the courage to acknowledge and address personal weakness. It may not seem immediate, but it is far truer than the bluster of ignorance and pretense.

Dirty Sci-Fi Buddha 
I find this to statement be true in regards to on the path that I am on. The further I go down it and acknowledge me in all my flaws and just be me – upfront and transparent -people respect that and respond to me differently . They are more able to let down their guard.
