    Left reviews on your Amazon site. The Canadian site has the regular prices. Cannot order Kindle format from the ‘Amazon.com’ site from Canada for some strange reason.

    I have the same problem with my Kindle format, but not paperbacks.

      Hey Thank You So Much Dann! I saw it this morning. Echo 2 happens all in one day, and has a buttload of action. Echo 3 starts pushing into some existential weirdness. I hope those prospects don’t sour the story! 😀
