Hahaha! I try not to, but I’ve been known to go in there, warm up, try a rep, and then leave. If my body’s trashed, then it’s time for some nap-time! I used to be an idiot in my younger days, and I’m not down with the whole “being injured for months because I was a tough guy” thing, LOL!
