Musings

IMHO pain is like a food:  it can sustain you, it can make you stronger, it can even taste great…but if you hoard it then it turns rancid and toxic.

  1. I’d agree with that. I’m still learning how to manage my various pains but have rediscovered yoga which is a great outlet for physical, mental and emotonal pain.
