Most efforts are doomed to failure. So to mitigate the odds, I try and constantly apply myself. Along the way, I’ve found that the only way to stave off the depression of not having “made it” is to DO SOMETHING about it. Yes, I’ll probably fail, but every day, I go to bed knowing that I took a stand.
Don’t know about you, but that makes my sleep pretty damn sweet. 🙂

That sums it up. I make a stand to make a better world and I try and try and try to do my writing and put out my books. That’s all I can do.
To make the world better and save nature isn’t in my remit. To be recognised as a brilliant writer is out of my hands. I just do the best I can and put them out there. One day I will be recognised or not. But to pick yourself up and keep doing your best is all you need do.

Never can know, other than the usual natural cycles. I really worry, if they’re disrupted.

amazing thought. I think that kind of explains why we keep at it… despite it feeling like there is no progress! thanks
