IMHO, I end up dealing in luck regardless of how disciplined I am, but if I refuse discipline, I end up dealing in sloth—a slow poison that keeps me from exploration and active self-refinement.

Yeah, the approach that keeps me sane is treating it like a game. My covers for volume 1 and 2 were done by elsbro on fiverr. My snake cover and volume 3 were done by emilianohc, also on fiverr. Thank you for the compliment! (to the artist I know, but the cover is connected to my writing, so I get the warm and fuzzy as well, haha!)
