Do not just agree with and applaud yourself; constantly debate and test your own views. In this way, YOU drive yourself forward, and you cease depending on misfortunes and outer circumstances to compel personal evolution.
IMHO, that’s the true meaning behind, “Be your own boss.”

But sir, I always want to strive forward even when my little legs – only five feet two and a half(half most important measurement) are exhausted. I would love for someone to switch off the treadmill and give me a big applause ( myself in the mirror’s reflection will be good enough). But no you took it up a notch. (I’m out of breath) 😳
