Monotony/drudgery are illusory; every second, the fractions of our atoms shift and dance, and we are born anew. We must train ourselves to see this, and in so doing, give birth to constant creativity. Despite shackles, despite gray walls, despite thick rulebooks…humans will strive to experience verse, music, and immersive wonder.
No need to believe or disbelieve, the evidence arises again and again.
The irony is that the all-to-real drudgery of life monopolizes my time to the detriment of my creative output.

Not to preach, but IMHO, the first task of creativity is creatively using resources to free up your time to pursue your project. Good luck, and you’re blogging, so keep at it! 🙂

Yeah. I have summers off so I try to get time in there. Plus I can work out a story in the back of my brain. The thing I never find the time to do is revise and edit. It’s hard to find people to read anything. I only started posting online to get people to read my things yet nobody has. I really don’t understand social media.

Keep at it! I hate—HATE—social media! Hence the pen name and lack of personal pictures! I’d say free chapters and free giveaways are the best way to get people to read.

My naivete led me to believe people on the Internet would just find and critique your stuff. I want criticism. Is there a place you can throw a short story to the jackals?

Sure! Throw em out for free or .99 on Kindle! It’s a way a lot of writers promote themselves.

I like the idea that at a cellular level I’m dancing :-). Need to definitely do more of that on this more visible plane of existence.

Haha true! Not just an idea however…it’s fact! Weird that we are stuck in a world that is seemingly solid when we know in our hearts and microscopes that it’s not.
