Musings

If you focus (or relax) hard (or deep) enough, then something universal will flow through your mind.  It will be uniquely yours, but since it’s universal, it will be everyone else’s as well.  It will echo into all of eternity, and morph into new configurations and unrealized possibility.  This is how I believe creativity works.

In the beginning, it helped (for me) to concentrate on Focus, as I wasn’t yet sensitive enough to navigate the subtleties of Relaxation.

In the end, however, I believe they are one and the same.
