I’m working on re-editing Echo 1 right now so that it can be combined with Echo 2. Both of those will be made into one book, but it will be a long while before that happens. For now, however, it is possible to use the free kindle app through Amazon’s site (all the text will format nicely on your browser) or through a smartphone or tablet kindle app, which will do the same. Sorry for the inconvenience!
