I’m thinking of hopping on it around 45 years old…not BB style but around the upper range (think upper normal is 1000) for not just the metabolic benefits, but the energy and mood boost as well. Hopefully the idiots can come out from their ideological hidey holes and see that anything can be beneficial when applied in an intelligent manner.
