Echo: A Dystopian Science Fiction Novel

I’m walking my 10 lb. terrier, Bitefighter, past the tennis courts, when I see a score of cat-people giving me a hateful glare. ย One of them yells: ย “NOW!” ย A flood of casts bursts from the bushes and pour into a modified tennis-ball launcher. ย The sky darkens with rapacious felines, but unlike the Spartans, I have no shield with which to protect myself. ย In sheer desperation, I open my eReader to Echo. ย Magic flash. ย Mechanized armor clanks over Bitefighter, ensconcing even his whiskers in tiny alloyed sheaths. ย His eyes glow red, then thousands of tiny strobes activate on his body and flood the courts with dancing laser dots. ย The cats are thrown into disarray as they start chasing little red specks across the courts. ย While they’re going apeshit, me and my mech-ed up buddy make our escape.

The cat-people plan. ย The cat-people scheme. ย When the day comes…Be ready. ย Getย Echo Vol. 1 on Kindleย here: ย Vol. 1 on Kindle. ย Vol. 2 on Kindle here: ย Vol.2 on Kindle. Links for Vol.1 AND Vol.2 on Smashwords/Nook/iBooks/Kobo are available here: ย Echo on other platforms

  1. Does the ‘om’ on the sword represents something? Just curious to know…

    1. It’s gonna be expounded on in volume 4 (not yet written) but in the end, as dark as it is, Echo IS about spiritual stuff. ๐Ÿ˜‰
