The far future.  We’ve all been chipped.  An army of Skeletor-robots watches over us, waiting to roundhouse kick us in the face for the slightest infraction.  Chuck Norris rules the population from an iron throne.  I’m taken to him to be executed.  In desperation I throw him my eReader, open to a chapter of Echo.  After reading its quantum-tech infused, Zen-themed wisdom, he collapses in sobs, realizing the error of his ways.  A trillion years of peace ensues.
