I’ve known for a long time how the Echo series would end.  The problem I’ve recently been facing is how do I stay true to the theme and create a finale that could match or surpass my favorite moment in Echo 3—the appearance of the “blaze avatar.”  It came to me after a bike ride and bugged me during meditation (as all good ideas do).

To me, all great action climaxes should wipe the cynicism off the reader’s face and leave behind a wondrous, dopey grin.  The best ones make you wanna bunch your hands into fists and cheer like an excited little kid.

No spoilers but I THINK I’ve got something that’ll fit the bill.  😉
