“Okay, I knew what i was getting into when i picked up this book. I have been following the author for about half a year and grabbed it when he announced that it was free for a limited time. Sorry bro, but sometimes I need that kind of incentive.

Now, about the book. The world building is spectacular, even if it is just a glimpse. The main character, Atriya, is a very interesting character that i would expect out of a military background. But the development is spot on. I think the only concern i had was that there was a lot of early introspection. Hopefully my next dive (purchase) into this world will bring a little bit more of a character description for him.

The thing most people complain about in these reviews is the cliffhanger at the end. That is no big deal because the story continues on into vol 2 and more.(If you follow him on any of his sites you’d know what i mean)

Other than that, it is a solid story. I hope to see more out of the secondary characters, like Verus, as the story builds. I highly recommend this to any and every person who enjoys a good, strong story set in a very well realized world.”
