For some reason, Amazon (or it could’ve been me) screwed up and the manuscript for Echo Volume 2 was uploaded onto Echo Volume 1.  I’ve re-uploaded volume 1 onto it’s proper spot and it should show within the next day or so; sorry if any of you were affected by this!
