In response to the unasked question:  No, you don’t have to have read volume 1 to appreciate these chapters.  The basic gist is that you have a cybernetically enhanced soldier patrolling through a cannibal-filled, apocalyptic cityscape called the Wastes about to go on a raid.  His own side wants to kill him after he does his job.  And chapter 3 starts the mother of all gun battles.  What the whaaat…(sorry for the douchiness, just had to throw that in).  Anyways, enjoy!  Click here to start reading: Echo, Volume 2, Chapter 1
