Musings

The mistakes pile up and so do the wins.  We can cling to success, or springboard off it to reach exhilarating heights.

And if we view our mistakes with a critical eye, we can glean valuable knowledge and applicable lessons from them.  These treasures may not be obvious, but with patience and discipline, we can learn from our errors and garner priceless returns at a later date.

In the end, if we are humble, open-minded, and proactive, we can make those losses into spectacular wins.  There will be no defeat.

  1. Constructive criticism, received in the manner intended, can help us grow to a more well-rounded person in whatever area of our life it is given. Harmful criticism, on the other hand, can do just what the adjective ‘harmful’ implies. It can make us doubt ourselves — not only in the area given, but in other aspects of life as well. Thus, it is always important to remember and give constructive criticism — or better to give none at all! You have made some very valid points. Thank You for sharing!
