Keep the desired end firmly in mind. Understand why it’s worth the effort, worth the pain, and worth the time. If you can do this, you can adjust your strategy to serve the end.
But in order to know the desired end, one first has to know oneself—track behaviors and proclivities over time, and subject oneself to the harshest scrutiny possible.
That’s the hard part, if you ask me.

Those first words…I just want to be DONE!!! I want to be irresponsible for a while and be done with what I’m doing. It seems odd to think that taking a reading break with your musings is irresponsible!!!

nose crinkle. One of the best things about being up here this summer is being minus pets. (I do have my teddy bear, I packed Bitefighter to send to Oregon..silly me) I don’t have boxes to empty or messes to clean up. Lovely!

Ha! I guess it has its upsides…I used to make little “clones” of my dogs by collecting all the hair they’d leave around the house, LOL!

Umm, actually, you can use the hair and felt it and make clothing. I’d not get it wet unless your dogs were really clean!

Haha! I’d actually think that a dog hair blanket would be really cool…I’d wanna have a fake dog head on it so i could run around barking and woofing, freaking out the real dogs with my half-canid antics. 😆

One must keep eyes on the target. When we are distracted, we lose sight of life’s compass.
