OFF TO THE FREAKIN’ RACES!!!  (Of drafting a book, that is)  Slept in a bit ‘cos I crushed myself a little extra at the gym on Sunday, but now it’s time to start drafting!  BUT FIRST…Thank You to the purchasers of Echo yesterday!  Two Beautiful Souls bought Echo Vol.1 yesterday and I’m gonna carry that motivation with me this morning to punch out the best freakin’ draft possible!  Once again—Thank You!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

      Oh man if i didn’t have 5 knee surgeries I’d love to get out there and just do crazy outdoorsy/kettlebell/circuit stuff again but yeah! I know the body may be transient, but that centeredness that comes from working out day after day is freakin’ forever! 🙂

        I’ll turn 62 next month and although I haven’t had any surgeries (thankfully), chasing that 300 pound deadlift is still pretty challenging. We gym rats have got to stick together.
