Oftentimes, it’s hard to enjoy the “difficult moments.”

But if I can look for lessons within the adversity, and do my best to cultivate them into blessings, then I will gain an advantage from any and all phenomena.

And then, in the long run, it will be a whole lot easier to enjoy every moment, for I know it will ultimately be to my liking.

Here The World comes, trying to convince us we must grind away to prove our worth to other people.  What a fickle, fleeting measure.

But as long as we remember we’re already worthy, and we take action for our own fulfillment, then the grind becomes pleasure, and the judgment of others becomes an amusing accompaniment to the orchestral melody that makes up existence.

To better find your center, it’s necessary to off-balance yourself on a regular basis, so you can understand/incorporate the forces that push/pull you.

That way, when Life tries to steal your grounding, you’ll recognize and counter it before it happens.  That’s the purpose of training.
