Dirty Sci-Fi Buddha is the website for me: author Kent Wayne. The site name comes from the subject material in my early pieces of writing.
Three works are featured. The first one is a series called Echo, a science fiction dystopia where a disillusioned warrior pushes his craft to its bloody limits, then attempts to break through into a realm of world-bending mastery. I’ve finished this four-volume series, and I’ve also posted some free sample chapters, click here to start reading.
To buy Echo Volume 1: Approaching Shatter on Amazon click here: Buy Echo
The second book is a high school adventure, full of profanity, psychedelics, and interdimensional shenanigans. Here’s the link for the book on Amazon: Kor’Thank: Barbarian Valley Girl. Sample chapters are available here: Sample Chapters for Kor’Thank: Barbarian Valley Girl
I’m working on a YA fantasy called the Unbound Realm, a three-volume series. I’ve finished books one and two, and I’m working on the third. Here’s a link to volume 1: A Door into Evermoor and here’s a link to volume 2: Weapons of Old Here are some sample chapters: Sample Chapters for the Unbound Realm.
Thanks for your interest! If you’re a writer, I wish you inspired drafting and insightful editing! Best way to reach me is by DMing me on Facebook. However, I have noticed some DMs getting filtered out by Facebook messenger, so if I don’t respond, just comment on my wall. I’ll take it down, DM you, and address your concerns. Sorry to all those who never got a response; I wasn’t trying to be rude! 🙂

Great site – how good is it to share your entertaining whimsy with so many? Speaking of which, if you have a moment spare, visit sensualism.me and you’ll see a little book of poetry, just published, waiting to find its way into the shopping cart of the many – a great gift for Christmas – ho, ho, ho…

Hey, thanks for following Words by K. Alan. (@kalanleitchauthor). I’m just getting started, so I appreciate the support. I always admire the drive of someone who self-publishes; I haven’t really worked up the nerve, yet, to do anything but beg to TPTB.

I’m actually kinda lazy, haha! I’d much rather self-publish than try to the traditional thing…especially with big NY publishing houses. You NEED an agent for those!

Interested to see where this goes… You have my attention sir 🙂 Goodluck with the drafting & editing too. I know how it feels. I myself am trying to write a book (but writers block though…) Luckily my blog is more about my thoughts on life than my book, so I do at least still write. But I seem to have lost my mojo, right after I fleshed out my mythos… wierd. Maybe Im scared… Im digressing 😮 Happy Writing 😉

Happy Writing to you too! The way I get around writer’s block is examining the core themes of my story, then letting the “what-ifs” play through my head. Not sure if that’ll work for you…but nevertheless, I wish you the best of luck! 🙂 🙂 🙂

I love this wordpress site. Making the About page your landing page is slick. But… what if It Isn’t All Okay in the end? I mean… is it really All Good or is there some chance of a less than optimal outcome?

From an honest perspective, there’s no way to know. From a purely utilitarian perspective, the placebo effect (whether it’s just a fluke or something greater) rewards the belief that it Is All Good. 😉

An ambitious and worthwhile mashup of contrasting themes. A creative author must brave the unknown pages, and you certainly have an interesting juxtaposition. May it inspire more unique stories like this.
