Musings

The first thing I try and control is acceptance of my circumstances. Upon that acceptance, I clarify my ability to perceive where I am, what I have to work with, and where to go from here.

For me, control of my conditions springs from sharpening my perspective, which springs from allowance of acceptance. I’m not sure how it works for others, but for me it starts with acceptance.

      4. I saw the golden pillows. They looked like a lady on her back with her legs up. That’s my finisher-move–I prop the legs onto my shoulders. Combine the intensity with my curve and it’s a guaranteed finish! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  5. I’m struggling right now in accepting the fact that I’m going to be exhausted the next few months and that exhaustion has nothing to do with depression so I must accept it and move on. My-my is it flipping hard. Here’s to you accepting whatever you need to accept ๐Ÿ˜‰

  8. Well said! Sometimes life challenges us to first see with honesty what is really standing in front of us.
