The first thing I try and control is acceptance of my circumstances. Upon that acceptance, I clarify my ability to perceive where I am, what I have to work with, and where to go from here.
For me, control of my conditions springs from sharpening my perspective, which springs from allowance of acceptance. I’m not sure how it works for others, but for me it starts with acceptance.
Absolutely. I have to practice this every day. Path to serenity, peace, clarity, balance, and all the rest.

True, only with acceptance, we can move forward and start to grow. Though with me, acknowledgment comes first

Let your mind drift a moment and take a break from acceptance of reality… Check out Hotel Zeit & Traum. When you see it, you’ll know. 😏

I suspect the environment is very encouraging of such activity…did you see how the linens were folded? Remind you of anything?

I saw the golden pillows. They looked like a lady on her back with her legs up. That’s my finisher-move–I prop the legs onto my shoulders. Combine the intensity with my curve and it’s a guaranteed finish! 😉

Good thing you know that’s a finisher move… apparently some hips have special powers in that position which turn a man into a passed out drooler…Now, I’m not saying WHO’s hips… 😉😈☺️

True. It’s the acceptance that is all important. Everything else will follow.

I’m struggling right now in accepting the fact that I’m going to be exhausted the next few months and that exhaustion has nothing to do with depression so I must accept it and move on. My-my is it flipping hard. Here’s to you accepting whatever you need to accept 😉
