Who doesn’t love that short burst of training montage, where the monotony is small and the struggle is dramatic?  That’s an easy thing to love; the movie industry has it down to a science.

It’s much harder—and infinitely more rewarding—to fall in love with the real thing.

    Fantasy, the extreme, whatever is far more romantic than the day-to-day versions.

      ironically, as a writer, I have to romanticize or omit the day to day stuff in order to sell, lol.

      Which sell the lack of “grind,” haha! Makes sense to me; while I embrace the grind through my actions, I can’t say it’s the most pleasant part of existence.

    So true about the things that really matter, but I wouldn’t mind kicking things like grout cleaning into montage speed. Blessings!
