Every day, my fingers pass by a formation of symbols that can craft weapons, worlds, and wonders.  A grouping of symbols that, when properly arranged, reach into peoples’ minds and play their hearts like finely tuned instruments.

So for me, the question isn’t:  “How can you write?”  It’s:  “How could I NOT?”

  1. I feel the same way. It is important that I write every day. ✨

  2. Preach. Writing is basically an obligation once you start doing it. I plan on some day developing a thesis about how all writers have something seriously wrong with them, but I’m not sure it’s safe to do so. 😀 But I agree 110% (I’m a create, not a mathematician, okay?)

    1. Haha! I think anyone who drills down into the molten core of creativity has something wrong with them.

      1. Maybe several things. I meant ‘creative’, but my brain decided to play a trick on me. >.>

      3. Good to know I’m not alone. My brain sometimes goes into “words? What are even words?” mode when I need to write decently. >.<

      5. Tell me about it—it’s why I’ve gone to 30 drafts on some of my stuff.

      6. 30 drafts sound really daunting. How did you keep your sanity? (Or should I ask

      7. It suffers, haha! But it also allows me to look past any “magic” I experienced in the initial drafting, and really start drilling down on the stuff that prevents that magic from coming through.

      8. Damn, now my fingers are in on the conspiracy too. I meant if I should ask IF you kept your sanity.

  3. Very well stated. That needs to be on a plaque or framed to hang on the wall.
