(I think this is sound):  all my thinking/strategizing about future possibilities/past occurrences should guide me toward one thing:  to decide what to do in the present moment.

There’s nothing wrong with nothing. I do nothing sometimes and it feels great.

    1. Oh it feels amazing, haha! It’s weird—when I was younger, I could do a lot more of it and be okay with it, but not so much now. Kind of annoying sometimes, actually.

  2. I don’t think past or future help with doing in the now. What is there is there to be or to do.

    1. I’d respectfully disagree. If I burn my hand several times on the stove, then the past has informed me that the right thing to presently do is not touch the stove. Conversely, if I spend a day at work, I am counting on the future event of being paid for it.
