Our life is guaranteed to come to an end, one way or another. So to make most of what time we have left, it becomes necessary to understand who we are, what we’re trying to achieve and why, so we can align our actions and convictions with worthwhile results.

Indeed! I actually treat people who refuse to look at themselves as lacking free will. Because they seem to repeat the same mistakes over and over again, I just try to treat them kindly; I feel like they’re trapped in the same patterns until they decide to look in the mirror and do something about their programming.
