HAHAHA! Honestly? It’s mostly all boring-ass diet. I make sure I get the the right amount of protein, manage the hormones through a bit of fasting and judiciousness with carbs, then throw in a few lifting sessions. I’ll tell Jumar, and thanks for the kind words, Fan Girl Kris! 😘
