Hahaha! If you want to get any muscle group bigger you gotta exhaust it and rest it. If you want to target something specific like biceps, then you should start your workout with big weights, then keep moving down until you’re exhausted on the small weights, but honestly, I don’t really need to target my biceps that much, so I can work with more functional stuff like pull ups.
