I think positively because I want the proven benefit of a placebo effect. I think negatively in order to cut ruthlessly into outdated mechanisms. Whichever way I choose, I try to explore, test, and honor that time-honored maxim:
“Do what works for you.”
I like how you use the negative thoughts constructively. I hadn’t ever thought of them in that light.
