I think positively because I want the proven benefit of a placebo effect.  I think negatively in order to cut ruthlessly into outdated mechanisms.  Whichever way I choose, I try to explore, test, and honor that time-honored maxim:

“Do what works for you.”

    1. Sometimes I can…I’m trying to be less reactive and more fluid as the years go by. 😉
