People who are willing to admit that they’re wrong (or that they don’t know) have my interest.

People who demonstrate that they’re willing to do something about it have my respect.

    1. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, and then—unless the situation is imminent—forgive their lack of performance (matching results with claims) three times before I make a judgment on whether they need specialized attention, or I decide they are not ready for whatever task they claim to be able to do. Doesn’t mean I can they’re a bad person or I can’t trust them with something else—I just see it as they gave it an honest effort, and then for whatever reason, demonstrated they weren’t ready for that task.
