There are points where “good” things can become a waste of energy…then counterproductive…and then toxic.  Being vigilant and navigating these points with fluid awareness and evidence-based assessment is an integral skill within the art of life.

  2. Heck, even water can be toxic if too much of it goes into your body. So, yup, you can definitely have too much of a good thing. 🙂

    1. I just go for effective within my ethical boundaries. Wipes out the labels of good and bad. 🙂

      1. Definitely makes sense. I go for “Do no harm, help when you can” in my own life. Might be a low bar to set, but eh.

      2. I don’t think that’s a bad thing at all. One of my favorite quotes is: “Ultimately evil is done not so much by evil people, but by good people who do not know themselves and who do not probe deeply.”
