At the beginning of endeavors, evolution is paired with pleasure. Then we get to that familiar crossroads—where we must choose between evolution or wallowing in comfort. The choice that’s made at those moments determines whether or not we build character.
I’ve made a lot of bad choices during those moments, but the cool part is I’m faced with new moments every day.

I agree with you, but I believe embracing evolution speeds its pace; those who for whatever reason choose not to face their problems will be forced to do so in the end….only the process will be more drawn-out and painful.
